HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

  • Blankets, Towels, and Tumblers are shipped within 1-7 business days.
  • If you are needing an urgent order, please email info@trucreateco.com
  • Note: P.O. Boxes may take longer to arrive. 

WHAT TYPES OF BLANKETS DO YOU CARY? 

  • We offer luxurious 100% Minky, luxe sherpa, and a beautiful jacquard woven fringe. 

 CAN I PRINT MY OWN DESIGNS? 

  • What would creative freedom for the people be without creative freedom? You sure can! Just make sure you stay within the print guides using the templates below. Not tech savvy? We are happy to help bring your vision to life. Email info@trucreateco.com for assistance. 

CAN I SEE THE ARTWORK BEFORE PLACING MY ORDER?

  • We are working on a website application for previewing your designs, coming very soon! In the meantime, please select the "email proof" tab when placing your order, and we will email the proof before we print. If you select this option, you have up to 3 business days to request adjustments. If we do not hear back, we will move forward with printing the preview.

  • Because our products are personalized, all sales are final, however, if the product is damaged or there is an error, please fill out the contact form, and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

 HOW DO I WASH THE BLANKETS?

  • Wash on cool gentle cycle with other soft items. Dry on low heat or air dry. Washing with rougher materials (shoes, jeans, Velcro, etc) could compromise the softness.
